Kristin Buss

Kristin Buss provides comprehensive advice on individual employment law, collective employment law and litigation. Her quick comprehension enables her to quickly familiarize herself with new issues without losing sight of the essentials. She attaches great importance to clear communication in order to develop effective and sustainable solutions for her clients.

She was previously a trainee lawyer at the Regional Court of Münster. Kristin has completed Stations in legal traineeship i.a.: Münster police headquarters, Bird & Bird LLP, Düsseldorf, including employment law, and an elective traineeship with Littler, as well as a doctoral candidate, labor and social law, at Daimler AG and Daimler Truck AG from 2020 to 2022.
