On Labor Day 2015, President Obama issued Executive Order 13706, which requires that certain federal contractors provide employees with paid sick leave. The Executive Order imposes substantial new obligations on many employers. This webinar will examine the Executive Order and discuss how it impacts federal contractors generally and in relation to local and state paid sick leave laws.
