This program, a highly-engaging, practical roundtable discussion, will be an interactive forum designed for hospitality industry employers, in-house counsel and human resources professionals.
Participants will be asked to collaborate and explore practical and out-of-the-box approaches to address these issues. In addition, participants will explore challenges they have faced, sharing ideas and strategies that have proven successful. Topics to be addressed:
- Guest harassment and panic button laws: how employers are dealing with compliance
- Tip ownership and tip pooling: who's in and who's out?
- Meal and rest period requirements in the state of Florida
- Employee leaves of absence and disability accommodation challenges
