  1. Compliance with the dizzying array of anti-slavery reporting requirements
  2. The UN’s efforts to enact a treaty holding “transnational” companies (and their executives) criminally and civilly liable for alleged human rights violations
  3. Human rights “due diligence” – regulatory developments, best practices, and lessons learned
