A highly-engaging, practical roundtable discussion, this hospitality industry roundtable will be an interactive forum designed for you and your industry colleagues to share how your businesses are handling certain legal challenges.

Participants will be asked to collaborate and explore practical and out-of-the-box approaches to address this existential issue. In addition, participants will explore challenges they have faced, sharing ideas and strategies that have proven successful. Topics to be addressed:

  • Minimum wage issues including the status of the Tip Credit
  • NYS and NYC sexual harassment training requirements
  • NYC anti-discrimination rules, including NYC guidance banning discrimination based on hair styles and impact of health inspections
  • Predictable scheduling trends
  • Class and collection action litigation trends
