Recently, the law of accommodation has been stretched expansively to meet new challenges that go beyond traditional accommodation requests. We live in an evolving and diverse workplace and the changes within it ultimately affect the legal obligations of employers to accommodate employees. This webinar will review notable cases in the law of accommodation, including but not limited to, family status, ageism, religious observances, and unique disability related issues. The objective of the program is for participants to learn and employ a set of guiding principles to their everyday workplace issues and make the law of accommodation easier to apply for all those concerned.
