In its final year, the Obama administration has continued to impose substantial new obligations on federal contractors. Contractors must become familiar with multiple new requirements including the revised EEO-1 report, major revisions to what used to be called the sex discrimination guidelines, paid sick leave requirements, greater protections for GLBTQ employees, and the so-called “blacklisting rule" which raises the stakes of a finding of non-compliance.

David Goldstein, Co-Chair of Littler’s OFCCP practice, will discuss all of these developments and more along with an overview of the agency’s current audit priorities and will answer your questions about compliance with OFCCP’s complex regulations.
