Attorneys from Littler's Boston office discuss new developments in labor and employment law affecting Massachusetts employers. They will be joined by Mike Doheny, Undersecretary of Labor and General Counsel, Executive Office of Labor and Workforce Development for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, who will provide an update, and answer questions, about the new Massachusetts paid family and medical leave law.

Additionally, the speakers will explore topics impacting Massachusetts employers of all sizes, including:

  • Best practices for handling employee disciplinary issues, including terminations
  • How the changing law regarding marijuana, both recreational and medicinal, impacts employers
