
With over 15 years of experience, Ana Cristina Medina is known for her strategic mindset, negotiation skills, and results-oriented approach in managing both individual and collective labor conflicts. She currently leads the Advisory Unit and co-directs the Collective Labor Law Unit, where she has supported more than 200 clients from various sectors, delivering comprehensive and effective legal solutions.
She began her career at the firm as an associate and, over the years, has developed a strong technical and approachable profile, which earned her a place on the firm’s Board of Directors. She has also worked as a litigation process coordinator and advisor in complex corporate legal matters.
Ana Cristina is also a speaker and professor in diploma programs and courses at top academic institutions such as Universidad de los Andes, Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, and Universidad del Norte. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of Fundación Gastronomía Social Colombia, reflecting her commitment to social causes from a legal and human perspective.
