Overview

Anna C. Bookout represents employers in all areas of labor and employment law. She has experience in both federal and state employment law claims including discrimination, retaliation, hostile work environment, and harassment under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA).

Anna also has experience litigating OSHA violations and whistleblower investigations, and regularly advises on workplace safety issues.

During law school, Anna served as the executive vice president of the University of Oklahoma’s Federal Bar Association (FBA), and was a member of was a member of Asian Pacific American Law Students Association (APALSA). Additionally, Anna was a competitor on the American Bar Association National Appellate Advocacy and the New York City Bar Association Moot Court Teams.
