
Charli M. Grayson focuses her practice on employment litigation. Charli has represented employers in a range of claims alleging discrimination, harassment, and retaliation arising under:
- Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964
- Section 1981
- The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
- The Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA)
- The Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA)
- The Pennsylvania Human Relations Act (PHRA)
- The New Jersey Law Against Discrimination (NJLAD)
- The Philadelphia Fair Employment Practices Ordinance (PFPO)
In addition, Charli represents employers at the administrative phase, including investigations conducted by the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission, Philadelphia Commission on Human Rights, the New Jersey Department of Civil Rights, and the United States Occupational Safety and Health Administration. Charli also assists employers in unemployment compensation audits.
During law school, Charli externed for the Hon. Elizabeth T. Hey, U.S. Magistrate Judge, Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Charli also served as the managing editor of symposia and special projects for the Jeffrey S. Moorad Sports Law Journal.
