
Daniel G. Mueller represents employers in all areas of labor-management relations, including high-stakes collective bargaining, unfair labor practice litigation, labor arbitration, and union organizing/elections.
Dan has extensive experience serving as principal spokesperson for management in labor contract negotiations, negotiating over 100 collective bargaining agreements across a wide range of industries.
His 25 years of experience spans retail, healthcare, and hospitality. He has a national practice, with a particular focus on the Pacific Northwest. Dan most recently served as corporate labor counsel at an international retailer.
During his tenure at the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), Dan served as a senior advisor to NLRB members, executive assistant/chief of staff to a former NLRB chairman, and as a field attorney. Dan’s NLRB service adds a valuable perspective as he helps clients navigate the evolving modern labor landscape.
