Overview

David Strock maintains a traditional labor practice in which he advises employers on union-related matters and provides guidance regarding the negotiation and administration of collective bargaining agreements. He regularly represents employers in labor arbitrations, state and federal courts, and the National Labor Relations Board, and employment matters before state agencies and human rights commissions.

David counsels management regarding a wide variety of employment and personnel issues, including:  

  • Hiring and disciplinary matters
  • Wage and hour issues
  • Developing and enforcing employment policies and procedures
  • Implementing procedures to avoid discrimination claims

David lectures, writes articles, and conducts training on employment-related topics for employers and human resources professionals.
