Overview

Esther Suh focuses her practice on labor and employment law. Esther has experience in both federal and state law employment claims for matters including discrimination, retaliation, hostile work environment, and harassment claims under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

Esther previously interned at Littler as a Diversity in Legal Writing Intern. During law school, she served as the Senior Note and Comment Editor for Jurimetrics, the Journal of Law, Science, and Technology, which is the official ABA Science and Technology Law Section. In addition, Esther served as President for ASU’s Asian Pacific American Law Students Association (APALSA) and Vice President of Public Relations for the National Asian Pacific American Law Students Association (NAPALSA), the daughter organization of NAPABA.
