Grecia Santos is a dedicated attorney at Littler representing clients with their employment law issues, with a focus on labor management relations. With a strong commitment to representing employers and ensuring compliance with labor regulations, she is particularly interested in defending against unfair labor practice claims, advising on positive employee relations with English and Spanish-speaking workforces, and navigating the intricacies of labor regulations to help businesses maintain compliance and avoid litigation.
Graduating from the University of Florida, Grecia has developed a solid foundation in legal principles with a particular emphasis on labor law. During law school, Grecia was a program assistant for Converge for Impact, an organization that fosters, supports, and promotes collaboration between workplace law academics and attorneys to advance workplace law research and improve the state of workplace law. Grecia was also a summer associate with Littler for two summers, where she learned from and worked alongside our top labor attorneys. These experiences have equipped her with valuable insights into the complexities of labor law from the employer's perspective.
