Overview

Jordan Wada focuses his practice on labor and employment law matters.

Prior to joining Littler, Jordan spent several years practicing employment litigation for a plaintiffs’ firm in the Seattle area. He has litigated employment discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, disability accommodation, and wage and hour matters. Jordan is experienced in all aspects of litigation including briefing, discovery, depositions, mediations, and hearings. He has also worked for a plaintiffs’ employment law firm in Los Angeles. 

In law school, he served as chief comments editor for the Washington International Law Journal and externed at King County Superior Court. As a law student, he gained knowledge of employment law participating in his law school’s Workers’ Rights Clinic. Jordan also served as president of the Asian/Pacific American Law Students Association.
