Lara Rücker advises national and international clients on all matters of individual and collective employment law. Her particular focus is on advising employers on co-determination and works constitution law, compliance, data protection under labor law and transaction-related labor law.
Lara completed a traineeship at Littler in Hamburg and has experience as a research assistant at two law firms.
