Overview

Luke Bendall has experience representing employers against both individual and class claims of race, age, gender, national origin, religious and disability discrimination, sexual harassment and retaliation arising under Title VII and other federal and state statutes. He has also represented employers against retaliatory discharge claims under Alabama’s Worker’s Compensation Act, claims for violation of the Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993, and claims under the Fair Labor Standards Act. Luke has varied experience assisting clients with handbook and general policy overview and revisions.
