María Fernanda Gómez Mayora advises national and international companies on a wide variety of employment law and labor matters. She counsels employers on labor matters, including individual relationships, compensation and benefits, termination of employment, new hires, telework, and general compliance with Mexican labor law, as well as current outsourcing practices in Mexico. She assists in the drafting and revision of internal documents, such as individual employment agreements, internal labor regulations, internal policies, codes of conduct, employee handbooks, and more.
Fernanda focuses her practice on litigation and advisory services related to labor inspections ordered by the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare.
