Overview

Renee S. Schuldt represents and counsels management clients on labor and employment law matters.

Prior to joining Littler, Renee represented individuals in claims of discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wage and hour violations, and other actions under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), and other federal and state laws, both at the administrative stage and in litigation.

During law school, Renee served as a legal extern to the Hon. Mark Lindsay of the Fourth Judicial Circuit of the State of Arkansas, and a legal intern at the U.S. Department of Labor Regional Solicitor's Office in Dallas. She also was a student attorney for the Civil Litigation and Advocacy Clinic in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
