Yuri Choy defends clients against a range of employment-related issues, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination. Notably, Yuri worked on a mass action trial involving discrimination and failure to accommodate claims under the Fair Employment and Housing Act. She also has experience in defending against wage and hour claims and provides pay practice advice.
Prior to joining Littler, Yuri served as an Administrative Law Judge for the California Unemployment Insurance Appeals Board and as a mediator for the California State Labor Commissioner.
