Zachary Finkelman

Zachary Finkelman focuses his practice on labor and employment law matters. Zach also represents clients in matters relating to the protection of trade secrets and confidential information and the enforcement of restrictive covenants, including agreements not to solicit or compete.

Zach was a law clerk previously as a summer intern at a national law firm, where he gained experience in the employment law field.

During law school, he was a member of Business Law Review and the Entertainment and Sports Law Society. Zach also served as a law clerk at a Miami law firm which focused on cryptocurrency/securities regulation class actions.
