DENVER (November 9, 2017) – Littler, the world’s largest employment and labor law practice representing management, has added five attorneys to its Denver office: Katie Bosbyshell, Elizabeth Froehlke, David Gartenberg, Lauren Meyerholz and Adrienne Scheffey. The addition of these five associates raises the number of attorneys practicing in the Denver office to 20.

Katie Bosbyshell represents and advises employers on a wide variety of employment-related issues, including harassment and discrimination, non-competition, accommodations, onboarding and terminations/reductions in force, wage and hour laws and leaves of absence. She also provides clients with tools to avoid disputes, such as policies, agreements and training. Bosbyshell practices in state and federal courts, as well as state and federal agencies. She earned her J.D. from Seattle University School of Law, cum laude, and a B.A. from the University of Washington.
Elizabeth Froehlke advises and represents clients on a range of labor and employment matters in federal and state courts. She has successfully defended employment discrimination lawsuits arising under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act and the Rehabilitation Act through summary judgment and motions to dismiss. Froehlke earned her J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School and a B.A. from Saint Mary’s College.
David Gartenberg is an experienced litigator in state and federal courts, with a focus on employment litigation. He represents employers of all sizes in litigation involving trade secrets and unfair competition, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, as well as a variety of other statutory and common law issues. Gartenberg also represents clients in alternative dispute resolution forums, including arbitrations and mediations. He earned his J.D. from Cornell Law School and a B.A. from Cornell University.
Lauren Meyerholz defends companies in class action and single plaintiff wage and hour lawsuits under California, Colorado and federal law. She also represents companies in lawsuits alleging discrimination, harassment and retaliation. Meyerholz has handled both government agency charges and government audits for her clients. She earned her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and a B.A. from Duke University.
Adrienne Scheffey advises and counsels clients on a variety of labor and employment matters. She previously clerked for two years at the Colorado Court of Appeals for the Hon. Rebecca Freyre. Scheffey earned her J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law, summa cum laude, and a B.A. from the University of Colorado, cum laude.
