Unconstitutional NLRB Picks Gut Union Lobbying Ruling: NAM

The National Association of Manufacturers (NAM) deemed the National Labor Relations Board’s (NLRB) recent decision, regarding charging nonmember objectors for political lobbying expenses, invalid because of the unconstitutional appointment of two of the NLRB appointments. NAM was represented by Littler’s Michael Lotito and Elizabeth Parry.
