Jason T. Hartzell advises and represents clients in a broad range of labor and employment law matters, with a focus on traditional labor law. He assists clients across the country with a wide range of issues related to labor management relations, including:

  • National Labor Relations Board proceedings, including representational and unfair labor practice matters
  • Election campaigns
  • Labor relations assessments, strategies, and compliance
  • Labor arbitrations
  • Collective bargaining

In addition, Jason frequently practices in various federal and state courts and administrative agencies on a variety of employment law matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, failure to accommodate, wrongful termination, wage and hour, workers’ compensation, and has assisted in the defense of several class actions arising under federal and state laws.
