Jerry Lee has experience defending employers in federal and state courts in single-plaintiff, PAGA, and class action cases involving claims of discrimination, retaliation, failure to accommodate, wrongful termination and wage-and-hour violations. He has advised clients on all aspects of the employment relationship, including responses to administrative agencies, employment policies and practices, statutory compliance, investigations, and terminations and separations.
Jerry graduated from the Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law where he was a Managing Notes Editor for the Journal of Technology and Intellectual Property. Before law school, he was Managing Editor and Creative Director for The Daily Northwestern.
