Eli Freedberg, Michael J. Lotito, Shannon Meade, and Jan Feuerstadt from Mercury Public Affairs discuss recent labor and employment developments in New York City, New York state and beyond. The presentation will address recent New York City and New York state laws, including requirements to identify salary ranges on job applications and restrictions on the use of artificial intelligence tools in the hiring process. The speakers will also discuss recent updates with respect to the status of nationwide union organization efforts, recent developments at the National Labor Relations Board and the U.S. Department of Labor, and talk about cutting-edge issues concerning the future of work after COVID and the Great Resignation.

​This will be a hybrid event. Registrants can choose between registering for in-person or virtual attendance.
