On January 20, 2017, Donald Trump was sworn in as the 45th president with a Republican majority in both Houses of Congress. What does this mean for the employer community? How has the course of labor and employment law changed, and how can you help your organization navigate these changes?

This briefing will examine President Trump's current workplace policy agenda and how it is impacting legislative and regulatory employment and labor activity. Presenters will address how organizations can best prepare for anticipated future changes.
