The Commonwealth of Virginia has recently enacted an Emergency Temporary Standard applicable to ALL employers in Virginia to protect employees from aerosol transmissible diseases, including SARS-CoV-2, which causes COVID-19. The rule will be effective at the end of July. All employers in Virginia will have to comply with a variety of requirements and employers with higher exposure risk scenarios will be faced with additional mandates. This webinar will detail the new requirements and provide employers in the Commonwealth with practical advice on how to comply.
