León Rodríguez

León Rodríguez’s practice focuses on labor-related litigation involving:

  • Representing clients in trials before the Boards of Conciliation and Arbitration, and Circuit Collegiate Courts and District Courts
  • Handling notifications before Office of Work Defense
  • Labor relationship termination proceedings (individual and collective) and research

He has extensive experience drafting individual labor contracts, internal regulations and labor policies, and wage receipts; applications for declarations of fundamental rights (legal protection); and injunctions on judicial claims and revisions.

Prior to joining Littler México, Leon was an associate at another large law firm in Mexico. He began his career as a law clerk handling diverse trials before Local Boards of Conciliation and Arbitration mostly in north Mexico drafting applications for declarations of fundamental rights (legal protection) and providing advice on labor relationship termination issues.

León has trial work experience in labor law, and other law practice areas such as, civil, commercial, criminal and intellectual property matters. He trains and lectures his clients on labor relationship issues and is an active member of several associations focused on human resources training.
